According to PADI standards you can start diving already at the age of 10 in open water. Special programmes for juniorsEspecially for young people PADI developed junior beginners and junior advanced courses. Upon certification youngsters are able to dive with a dive instructor as PADI Junior Scuba Divers and, with an adult as dive-buddy as PADI Junior Open Water Divers. Parents can join the theoretical partA parent/guardian or an accompanied adult is welcome at M.A. Diving to join the theoretical part of the courses and to accompany the student to the dive sites. They should also sign for the medical statement and other standards of minors.
