After having obtained the PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer certification you can follow the PADI IDC Staff Instructor Course.

Four times a year IDC at M.A. Diving

Four times a year M.A. Diving organises PADI IDC Staff Instructor Courses at the same time as the IDC courses under the supervision of our Course Director. IDC Staff Instructors can independently train and certify PADI Assistant Instructors as well as help train PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors.

IDC Staff Instructor Course

You will be familiarised with the PADI Instructor Development standards, curriculum, and procedures and develop evaluation skills to an effective and consistent level. During the IDC you will assist the Course Director in training the Instructor Candidates and support the Instructor Candidates.
